All products are made print-to-order. There are no refunds on sale items. Items on sale are final-sale.
If there is an issue with the product quality, please contact me at email@example.com, and I will contact the supplier.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be regular price, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:

* Sale items
*CUSTOMIZED ITEMS (ex: engraved jewelry, custom embroidery, etc)
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and the return must be placed within 21 days of the date of order. The item must be unused and brand new condition.
Please do not send your purchase back to the supplier. I will issue the return address as needed.
Refunds (on regular-priced items)
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (items with "save $" signs throughout website)
Only regular priced items may be refunded (within 21 days of order date), unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Please check sizes carefully before purchasing sale items.
We only replace items of regular price (non-sale items) or if any item is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged (upon arrival) item for a replacement, send an email to email@example.com. If the item is in good condition but the customer has just changed their mind, the customer is responsible for paying return shipping for the items. Return address given upon request.
To return your product, contact firstname.lastname@example.org to receive return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless damaged). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. If it is not trackable then we can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
ALL RETURNS OF MERCHANDISE BOUGHT THROUGH REDBUBBLE.COM AND SPOONFLOWER.COM ABIDE BY THEIR WEBSITES SPECIFIC TERMS OF SERVICE AND REFUND POLICY. CHELSEADESIGNSHOP.COM DOES NOT HANDLE THOSE REFUNDS.
