All products are made print-to-order. There are no refunds on sale items. Items on sale are final-sale.
If there is an issue with the product quality, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org, and I will contact the print manufacturer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be regular price, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping (unless the item is shown to be damaged upon arrival).
Additional non-returnable items:

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. The item must be unused and in brand new condition.
Please do not send your purchase back to the print manufacturer. I will issue the return address as needed.
Refunds (on regular-priced items)
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact email@example.com.
Sale items (items with "save $" signs throughout website)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Please check clothing sizes carefully before purchasing sale items.
Exchanges are not accepted because each item is made print-to-order. If you have received an item that has been damaged during the shipping process, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damage so a re-order can be issued from the print manufacturer.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
To return your product, contact email@example.com to receive return address.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. If the item is is not trackable then we can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
